One of the fast growing organizations is looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Manager in view of their aggressive expansion.

What you'll do:

  • Take charge of talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction and selection of qualified candidates while improving the employer brand and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Act as HR Business Partner, collaborating with business leaders to align HR programs with organizational objectives and promote employee engagement
  • Provide HR guidance on various areas, such as workforce planning, performance management, HR compliance, and support employee relations initiatives
  • Develop reporting metrics to monitor the effectiveness and outcomes of the talent acquisition process

What you bring:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in which 3 years in supervisory role; exposure in business with large population size
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR business partnering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
