The successful candidate will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, providing advisory support at the territory level to meet strategic business and HR objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a strategic and trusted HR business partner by providing HR advisory services and career management support
  • Implement group, regional, and local HR strategies demonstrating understanding of business priorities
  • Uphold ethical standards and provide advice ensuring compliance with organisational culture and values
  • Collaborate closely with HR Specialists in areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, HR Solutions, and Learning and Development
  • Act as a change agent supporting various HR projects, tools, and programs
  • Work with the Business Line or Functions to meet their strategic resourcing needs
  • Manage required approvals within the APAC Delegations process
  • Conduct regular career development interviews with designated population

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and build relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Understanding of APAC regulations and policies
  • Ability to act as a change agent supporting various HR projects
  • Experience in managing approvals within delegation processes
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and career management techniques
