About the Role:

As a trusted business partner, you will provide strategic guidance on human resources matters, handle complex employment issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices. Your innovative ideas will shape the HR function, driving positive changes that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Provide strategic guidance on human resources matters to stakeholders and senior management
  • Handle complex issues including performance management and workforce planning
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices by bringing innovative ideas to the table
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function and driving positive changes that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Perform HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies. Comfortable working under a matrix environment.
  • Agile, flexible, with excellent interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving skills with an ability to bring innovative ideas to improve HR practices
  • Excellent ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across different levels of an organisation
  • Ability to handle complex employment issues with sensitivity and professionalism
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior HR Business Partner
