About the Role
Lead a small team to handle full spectrum of employee life cycle
Responsible & manage for end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, handling labour cases, and maintaining accurate records.
Develop and implement performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Plan and organize staff activities and events to foster team building and employee engagement.
Collaborate with various departments to design and implement employee recognition programs.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Prepare HR reports, including employee turnover, recruitment metrics, and performance appraisal results.
Monitor and manage HR budgets, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources.
About the Person
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the F&B, hospitality or labour intensive industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
