We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager (HRBP & TA) to join team and play a crucial role in driving the human resources function for a leading group (property & construction).
About the Role:
Collaborate with top management and the Head of HR in developing goals, policies, and processes for the location in alignment with the overarching group framework.
Develop talent strategies and lead the hiring process for the region. Take responsibility for the new employee onboarding/orientation process.
Be responsible for annual exercises and review of compensation and benefits. Monitor the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain employee relations and promote engagement across the region. Drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion and employee wellbeing.
Work with external and internal parties to prepare an annual learning and development plan for the organization. Advise management on talent assessment and development planning processes.
Update and maintain personnel records and ensure the accuracy of HRIS data.
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices. Manage individual employee complaints, investigations, disability cases, terminations, and other labor-related issues.
Lead and support the design and implementation of regional and global HR programs.
Lead or support local and company-wide Human Resources transformation projects as needed.
About the person:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. A relevant master's degree will be a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software.
As the Senior HR Manager, you will directly report to C-level executive of the company and supervise HR & Admin team in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The total headcount covered is over 1000+ and you will lead a team of 12 in Hong Kong and 20 in China. Business trip to Mainland is required and candidates with China experience are highly preferred.
