Key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, HR Performance & Programs, you will lead strategic HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and operational excellence. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR programmes and policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive employee engagement strategies tailored to local needs while implementing global HR initiatives
- Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of Employee Opinion Surveys to provide actionable insights for leadership teams
- Manage comprehensive HR KPI reporting by analysing workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Enhance employer branding through award submissions and recognition programmes that position the company as an employer of choice
- Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating new HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals
Candidate profile
To excel in this role, you bring extensive expertise in human resources, a passion for employee engagement, and strong project management skills. You thrive in dynamic environments where cross-functional collaboration is key to success. The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication or related disciplines
- At least 7 years’ experience driving employee engagement programmes within complex organisations
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data into actionable insights for business improvement
- Strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese to engage and support diverse stakeholders effectively
