Human Resource Associate / Analyst

You will be responsible predominately in data and reporting solutions

Job Duties

  • Manage the process of monthly reporting and analysis
  • Provide functional management of the outsourced team
  • Ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date data and information products in all reports and identify trends/data stories/insights
  • Manage data collection and production of variety of staffing reports including Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Diversity etc
  • Provide support to HR users on data queries
  • Understand and communicate data/stories/trends
  • Focus on analytic tools like Power BI for analysis of data
  • Analyse and compile data, observations and findings

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Human Resources knowledge and practices
  • Knowledge of Data Analytic tool like Tableau and Power BI
  • Good excel sills with advanced formulas
