HR Data and Reporting

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your analytical skills, manage data integrity, and develop innovative reporting solutions. You will be instrumental in identifying trends and insights, providing support on HR data queries, and contributing to the strategy of advanced HR reporting and analytics

What you'll do:

  • Manage the process of monthly workforce reporting and analysis
  • Ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date data in all reports
  • Provide support to HR users on data queries
  • Develop reporting solutions by collaborating with local HR, HRIS and global reporting teams
  • Use analytical tools like PowerBI for better analysis of data
  • Identify opportunities that improve data integrity and governance
  • Contribute to defining the strategy and roadmap of advanced/predictive HR reporting and analytics

What you bring:

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to synthetize/simplify complex information
  • Comfortable working with systems and technology
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Tableau and PowerBI (preferred)
  • Good Excel skills with advanced formulas (preferred)
  • Strong excel (pivot table) experience is a must
