What you'll do:
- Manage the process of monthly workforce reporting and analysis
- Ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date data in all reports
- Provide support to HR users on data queries
- Develop reporting solutions by collaborating with local HR, HRIS and global reporting teams
- Use analytical tools like PowerBI for better analysis of data
- Identify opportunities that improve data integrity and governance
- Contribute to defining the strategy and roadmap of advanced/predictive HR reporting and analytics
What you bring:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Creative approach to problem-solving
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to synthetize/simplify complex information
- Comfortable working with systems and technology
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices (preferred)
- Knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Tableau and PowerBI (preferred)
- Good Excel skills with advanced formulas (preferred)
- Strong excel (pivot table) experience is a must
