HR Generalist (30-38K+Bonus, C&B & HR Admin focus)

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join the team!

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily administration of people operations, including payroll processing, HR systems maintenance, and employee benefits plans
  • Review and validate HR-related purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support in compiling reports and conducting data report for internal use.
  • Maintain employee data in HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Perform tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human resources, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in general Human Resources, payroll and benefits administration management
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy in high-volume environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Can-do attitude
  • Immediate availability is preferred
