HR Generalist (30-38K+Bonus, C&B & HR Admin focus)
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Support the daily administration of people operations, including payroll processing, HR systems maintenance, and employee benefits plans
- Review and validate HR-related purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide support in compiling reports and conducting data report for internal use.
- Maintain employee data in HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Perform tasks assigned by manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human resources, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general Human Resources, payroll and benefits administration management
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy in high-volume environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Can-do attitude
- Immediate availability is preferred
