A luxury hospitality company seeks for a strategic Senior HR Manager (C&B) in Hong Kong Island to design competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

As a Senior HR Manager (C&B), you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Moreover, you will lead key projects, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Oversee end-to-end C&B programs for the Group Office, ensuring smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency
  • Lead and deliver key C&B initiatives, including annual compensation reviews, incentive schemes, salary benchmarking, job grading, and benefits programs
  • Act as an internal C&B advisor, partnering with the Head of HR to provide strategic insights on pay structures and benefits competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while developing, updating, and communicating C&B policies
  • Conduct market analysis, manage vendor partnerships, and prepare management reports to support talent attraction and retention strategies

Candidate profile

To excel in this role, you are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. As an ideal candidate you are expected to bring expertise in driving HR strategies that align with business goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Strong and extensive years of HR experience with strong specialisation in Compensation & Benefits
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant employment legislation
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proficient in HRIS and compensation systems; fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin is an advantage
