We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer ( More experience will be considered as Assistant Manager) to join the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee payroll operations for a batch of employees, including payroll data calculation and validation, to ensure accurate and timely processing of routine payroll processing

  • Responsible for recruiting and handling employment contracts, onboarding, MPF, insurance, and other related tasks
  • Provide a full range of recruitment support including but not limited to arrangement of the posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and yearly tax reporting

  • Participate in HR tasks and ad hoc HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in human resources or HR operations

  • With more experience will be considered as a Assistant Manager

  • Proactive, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines

  • Short notice period is a preferred
