We’re looking for a passionate Compensation & Benefits Specialist / Senior C&B Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations—managing payroll, driving HRIS excellence, and ensuring our compensation & benefits practices run smoothly and compliantly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll processing and manage compensation & benefits administration using HRIS.

  • Liaise with local HRIS vendors and regional support teams to ensure smooth system operations.

  • Maintain and update HRIS data accurately and promptly to ensure high data quality.

  • Ensure compensation & benefits practices comply with statutory requirements and company policies.

  • Support the implementation of new HRIS systems and workflow improvements.

  • Prepare regular HR reports and statistics for management review.

  • Participate in compensation & benefits projects and handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in compensation & benefits, including payroll, preferably in large organizations.

  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinances.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and open-minded.
