A global leader is seeking a Rewards Manager in Hong Kong to shape regional reward strategies, enhance HRIS systems, oversee performance and salary reviews, and deliver actionable analytics—all within a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports growth and flexible working.

Key responsibilities

As a Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s approach to employee rewards across multiple regions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with senior leaders as you help review existing policies and facilitate their effective implementation.

  • Implement and audit global rewards policies, ensuring compliance and corporate alignment
  • Lead regional projects including performance management, salary reviews, incentives, budgeting, and market benchmarking
  • Enhance HRIS systems and maintain accurate, timely HR data
  • Deliver HR analytics, dashboards, and insights on staff costs and headcount
  • Manage regional mobility and expat matters, and support ad-hoc HR initiatives

Candidate profile

To thrive in this role, you will bring substantial experience in rewards management within multinational environments alongside strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. Your ability to build relationships across diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success.

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with 8+ years in MNC or sizable organisations
  • Prior regional exposure and knowledge in BIPO is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
