Assistant C&B Manager (Regional) | 40K

We are seeking an Assistant C&B Manager to support APAC market. Candidates with strong regional C&B operations experience are highly welcomed. Prior rewards exposure is an advantage but not essential, as training and development will be provided for high‑potential profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, including compensation & benefits, policies & procedures, and adhoc projects.
  • (Regional) Responsible for monthly payroll (checker), final salary calculation, tax reporting and staff benefits administration.
  • Assist in annual C&B exercise including annual salary review, bonus payment, and insurance renewal
  • Conduct market research and analysis on compensation & benefits trends to maintain competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to design and implement regional remuneration packages, providing strategic guidance on compensation frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in compensation and benefits operations.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Candidate with SuccssFactor exp is a PLUS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
