This role will lead the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The incumbent will play a strategic role in shaping our compensation framework, managing payroll and benefits administration, and delivering insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage C&B Operations: Oversee payroll, pensions, taxation, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accuracy in execution.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams and stakeholders on C&B policies, practices, and legal compliance.
  • Market Bench marking: Conduct surveys and analysis to assess competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline C&B processes.
  • Policy Review: Regularly review and update policies, guidelines, and procedures to maintain compliance and relevance.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare headcount and analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Annual Review Support: Assist in salary review and bonus administration processes.
  • Insurance Management: Oversee insurance renewals and claims processing.
  • Payroll Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • Mobility Cases: Manage employee mobility cases and provide comprehensive support.
  • HRIS Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in C&B, preferably in large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, tax regulations, and HR legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
