Assistant Rewards Manager (C&B)

The Assistant Rewards Manager will support the development, implementation, and administration of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that reward strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the design, review, and implementation of reward programs and projects, including salary benchmarking and benefits evaluation.
    • Support the execution of annual salary reviews, incentive schemes, and other reward-related processes.
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) administration, including grant cycles, vesting schedules, participant communication, and system updates.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop competitive compensation proposals for internal transfers and new hires.
    • Regularly review and update reward policies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to maximize service quality and value.
    • Provide practical, trusted advice to business stakeholders and HR colleagues on reward programs and practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analytics.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and market practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
