Senior HR Specialist (Rewards - 6 month contract + Bonus)
We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist (Rewards) to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for projects such as Recognition initiatives and Salary Range statistics
- Handle employee commercial insurance administration including enrollment, termination
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design incentive structure and calculations
- Support leave management processes in adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Total Rewards team, insurance providers, and brokers
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Regional exposure is preferred
- At least 5 year HR related experience, C&B is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
