Senior HR Specialist (Rewards - 6 month contract + Bonus)

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist (Rewards) to join the team!

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support for projects such as Recognition initiatives and Salary Range statistics
  • Handle employee commercial insurance administration including enrollment, termination
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design incentive structure and calculations
  • Support leave management processes in adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with the Total Rewards team, insurance providers, and brokers

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Regional exposure is preferred
  • At least 5 year HR related experience, C&B is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
