(International) Human Resources Senior office/Assistant Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with overseas management to deliver end-to-end HR solutions that empower teams globally.
- Champion Competitive Rewards: Collaborate with international HR teams to review compensation, incentives, and benefits, ensuring we stay ahead in the market.
- Drive Key Decisions: Facilitate staffing proposals and approvals, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Lead Global HR Cycles: Manage annual processes like performance reviews, salary adjustments, and bonus distribution—keeping everything timely and professional.
- Enable Global Mobility: Oversee international transfers, including package design, visa processing, tax arrangements, and logistics.
- Shape HR Policies: Review workflows and policies, providing expert advice to overseas offices for smooth implementation.
- Leverage Technology: Administer HR Information Systems and support digital HR initiatives.
- Make an Impact: Roll out corporate programs across regions and take on exciting ad-hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and HRIS systems.
- Advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua.
