Join a Global HR Team Driving Impact Across Borders! Are you passionate about shaping people strategies on an international scale? This role offers the opportunity to partner with overseas offices, influence global HR initiatives, and make a real difference in how talent thrives worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with overseas management to deliver end-to-end HR solutions that empower teams globally.
  • Champion Competitive Rewards: Collaborate with international HR teams to review compensation, incentives, and benefits, ensuring we stay ahead in the market.
  • Drive Key Decisions: Facilitate staffing proposals and approvals, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Lead Global HR Cycles: Manage annual processes like performance reviews, salary adjustments, and bonus distribution—keeping everything timely and professional.
  • Enable Global Mobility: Oversee international transfers, including package design, visa processing, tax arrangements, and logistics.
  • Shape HR Policies: Review workflows and policies, providing expert advice to overseas offices for smooth implementation.
  • Leverage Technology: Administer HR Information Systems and support digital HR initiatives.
  • Make an Impact: Roll out corporate programs across regions and take on exciting ad-hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a regional or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and HRIS systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua.
