Senior Manager, Total Rewards

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards with a strong focus on projects for the entire Asia market.

About the Job

  • Oversee the design and implementation of rewards projects for Asia, ensuring alignments with both global strategies and local market practices.
  • Involve in the design, execution, and implementation of rewards programs to enhance overall employee engagement and retention across the global and in Asia.
  • Collaborate directly with global rewards team and Asia HR Business Partners to effectively execute rewards initiatives.
  • Serve as a PMO to coordinate all country-level rewards projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Interpret and communicate global rewards policies to local teams, providing tailored guidance to ensure effective implementation.
  • Facilitate the cascading of global rewards initiatives across Asia, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing rewards programs, utilising data analytic to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on rewards initiatives, leveraging insights to refine and improve programs.
  • Regularly monitor industry trends and best practices in rewards management to ensure the Asia remains competitive and compliant.

About the Person

  • Bachelor degree holder with over 8+ years relevant working experience
  • Strong PMO experience from rewards perspective
  • Preferred candidates will have experience from both in-house and consulting backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on client management. Purely consulting experience is equally valued.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end project and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with global and regional stakeholders, as well as country rewards teams.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
