Senior Manager, Total Rewards
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards with a strong focus on projects for the entire Asia market.
About the Job
- Oversee the design and implementation of rewards projects for Asia, ensuring alignments with both global strategies and local market practices.
- Involve in the design, execution, and implementation of rewards programs to enhance overall employee engagement and retention across the global and in Asia.
- Collaborate directly with global rewards team and Asia HR Business Partners to effectively execute rewards initiatives.
- Serve as a PMO to coordinate all country-level rewards projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Interpret and communicate global rewards policies to local teams, providing tailored guidance to ensure effective implementation.
- Facilitate the cascading of global rewards initiatives across Asia, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing rewards programs, utilising data analytic to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on rewards initiatives, leveraging insights to refine and improve programs.
- Regularly monitor industry trends and best practices in rewards management to ensure the Asia remains competitive and compliant.
About the Person
- Bachelor degree holder with over 8+ years relevant working experience
- Strong PMO experience from rewards perspective
- Preferred candidates will have experience from both in-house and consulting backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on client management. Purely consulting experience is equally valued.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end project and implementation.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with global and regional stakeholders, as well as country rewards teams.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
