C&B Manager (HK Listed Company, HKD45k-55k)

My client is a reputable listed Hong Kong company in the manufacturing industry, with multiple business lines across the retail sector. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager (C&B) and work with a high-performing team, overseeing all Compensation and Benefits operations.

About the Role:

  • Manage and handle all Compensation and Benefits operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert responsible for C&B projects such as the annual salary survey, salary review, market bench-marking, and bonus processes.
  • Periodically review and enhance C&B policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Provide HR analytic and reports as requested by management to support informed decision-making.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience, preferably in a sizeable organisation. Experience in handling commission/incentives is an added advantage.
  • Proven expertise in managing Compensation and Benefits (C&B) operations across the full spectrum, demonstrating strong numerical acumen, a hands-on approach, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Singapore and SEA region C&B practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
