Senior HR Shared Services Specialist (8-month Contract)
We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to support our payroll processing and day-to-day HR operations in Hong Kong office. This is an 8-month contract position and we offer competitive salary and excellent staff benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly payroll processing and MPF reporting accurately & promptly
- Support employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain accurate and updated employee data in various systems
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure excellent employee experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and organizational changes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of prior experiences in HR functions, preferably C&B or Shared Services
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, tax regulations and other HR related legislation
- Passion for operations and process improvement
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to details, self-motivated, positive and good team player
- Good command of English and Chinese
