Senior Rewards Manager (Regional Role) - up to 85k

My client is a leading multinational corporation with a robust presence across regions and a promising growth. Currently looking for a Senior Rewards Manager to join their high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage comprehensive total rewards strategies, including global pay ranges, bench-marking, compensation proposals, job grading, and titling, as well as conducting C&B surveys.
  • Drive the organisation's annual compensation review processes on a regional and global scale.
  • Provide consultative advise to the Senior Management team on global/Regional HR compensation policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness in compensation and equity offerings.
  • Assess and enhance existing C&B policies; Implement changes and updates regularly.
  • Collaborate with external vendors as required for market research and special projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Statistics or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards with regional coverage, particularly in South East Asia/North Asia regions. Preferably gained in sizeable organisations.
  • Proficient in number crunching and analytic, adept at total rewards strategies, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and functioning as a Rewards Business Partner.
  • Candidates with Group-level experience, with exposure to Global or Regional roles, will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese (Chinese & Mandarin) and English.
