This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee payroll and C&B operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processes. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of HR and will be responsible for leading all annual C&B exercises, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and benchmarking. Additionally, they will draft reports and proposals for review and approval by headquarters.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's HR function. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the C&B function, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations. You will also take charge of all annual C&B exercises, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and benchmarking. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you draft reports and proposals for review by headquarters. Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes will be key to your success in this role.

  • Lead the Compensation & Benefits function within the organisation
  • Ensure smooth and accurate payroll and C&B operations
  • Report directly to the Head of HR
