This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive support to Employee Pay & Benefit administration activities, including payroll administration, salary reviews, bonus & incentives schemes administration, work injury cases handling, medical & dental benefits administration and retirement schemes administration.

What you'll do:

  • Provide full range support to the Employee Pay & Benefit administration activities
  • Administer payroll, salary reviews, bonus & incentives schemes
  • Handle work injury cases, medical & dental benefits administration and retirement schemes administration
  • Participate in surveys to stay updated with current market trends and practices
  • Provide analysed data and compile timely reports to support management decision
  • Ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date information database via the maintenance of the HRIS and filing system

What you bring:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience in a multinational company
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Conversant with Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong
  • Strong PC skills especially MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to details, self-starter qualities, good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge on internal HR policies and systems will be an advantage
