About the Role:

  • Oversee and review the payroll processing handled by the external vendor to ensure timely and precise payroll execution.
  • Address inquiries from employees regarding payroll and benefits.
    Generate regular payroll and Compensation & Benefits reports for management review.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance, invoices, and payments.
  • Stay abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure internal and external compliance
  • Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources related disciplines
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, ideally experiences gained from sizeable companies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS system and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Equipped with growth mindset; Strong number sense and analytical skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
