HR Manager (Share Services), Reputable Company

Our client is a leading reputable company with a rich heritage and strong presence. Renowned for its high-quality, authentic products, the company has been a trusted household name for generations. Due to expansion, they are looking for a HR Manager (Share Services) with a passion for operational excellence to join their high performing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily HR operations and support employees across Hong Kong and other regions
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to streamline and revamp processes
  • Manage employee mobility, relocation, and off-boarding procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with annual HR tasks like salary reviews, bonus distribution, and handle HR policy review and HR governance etc.
  • Lead a small team and ensure smooth operations
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of related experiences gained from sizeable organisations
  • Candidates with experiences working under a Centre of Excellence structure will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills, strong process improvement and project management skills.
  • Experience in enhancing HR technology solutions a plus
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Manager
