One of the sizable conglomerates is looking for a Head of HR Shared Services in view of organization transformation.

Our HR Shared Services function plays a central role in supporting our extensive workforce, enabling efficient and effective delivery of HR services across our organization.


  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the HR Shared Services function aligned with the overall HR and organizational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and ensure HR Shared Services align with organizational objectives.

  1. HR Service Delivery:
  • Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, HR data management, payroll processing, employee inquiries, and HR policy interpretation.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the employee experience and ensure consistent delivery of HR services across the organization.

  1. Process Optimization and Technology:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the HR Shared Services function.
  • Evaluate and implement HR systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration and maintenance of HR systems.

  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements.
  • Develop and implement controls and procedures to mitigate operational and compliance risks within HR Shared Services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving best practices in HR Shared Services, recommending proactive measures to address emerging challenges.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within HR Shared Services, preferably in a large multinational & matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, automation, and implementation of HR systems.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
