The Rewards Manager will drive impactful change through reward programs, using data-driven insights to motivate team members to excel. Additionally, they will foster a culture of recognition and excellence by implementing effective reward strategies that are supported by thorough analysis and evaluation.

What you'll do:

As a Rewards Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving change through innovative reward programs. Your role will involve developing, reviewing, and implementing these programs, using your analytical skills to derive data-driven insights. You will play an active role in the annual salary review process, designing incentives that align with employee contributions. Leading market survey initiatives will also fall under your purview as you work towards ensuring our salary packages remain competitive. Your responsibilities will also include preparing compelling compensation proposals for internal mobility and new hires. Regularly reviewing and updating reward policies to ensure legal compliance will be a key part of your role. Lastly, you will provide trusted advice on reward strategies to businesses.

  • Develop, review, and implement innovative reward programs that go beyond traditional salary benchmarking and benefit reviews.
  • Actively participate in the annual salary review process, designing incentive and reward processes that align with employee contributions.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Rewards Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Reward or related practices. With a minimum of five years' experience under your belt, you have honed your analytical skills to solve complex problems effectively. You possess a strong sense of governance within a matrixed environment. Your excellent communication skills enable you to influence others effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. You have a growth mindset and are always keen to drive improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in Reward or related practices.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong sense of governance in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Growth mindset with keen interest to drive improvements.
