Senior Manager - Compensation (State-Owned Enterprise)

Our client is a stated-owned enterprise, one of the largest and most well-established company with robust financial performance and diversified business model. Currently looking for a Senior Manager - Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in our client's organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include managing compensation related programs and policies.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for overseeing and administering the company's compensation programs and policies, overseeing payroll processing, tax filing, retirement plan and MPF administration. This includes conducting salary surveys, analysing market data, and making recommendations on competitive pay structures and pay adjustments.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and ensure the compensation strategy aligns with the organisation's goals
  • Play a critical role in designing and managing the company's compensation related programs such as incentive schemes
  • Be a key partner in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by developing and administering equitable, market-competitive, and performance-driven compensation solutions.
  • Supervise a team to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation & benefits area, ideally experiences gained from banks or sizeable organisations. Candidates from commerce sector are also welcomed.
  • At least 4-5 years of supervisory experience from sizeable organisations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and a strong numerical sense. Hands-on approach with good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese is a must, along with fluency in English.
