- Support various global C&B projects including annual salary review, salary benchmarking, bonus exercise, incentive scheme review, staff benefit alignment
- Assist Rewards Manager to provide advice and consultancy to local country HR on reward programs
- Coordinate with internal and external counterparts to facilitate international assignments
- Review C&B policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Perform other assigned duties and ad hoc projects
