Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of HR with focus on Compensation & Benefits functions for HK & PRC markets
- Handle annual C&B related exercises which include but not limited to salary structure review, bonus scheme review, manpower budgeting, annual salary benchmarking etc.
- Responsible for executives’ compensation & benefits review
- Engage, advice and provide HR support and solutions to leaders/managers and employees on people related issues
- Ensure a high level of professional HR services across HK and PRC subsidiaries
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 18 years of relevant working experience in sizeable organizations with focus on C&B and account servicing
- Well versed in PRC Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
