With their expanding business, they are now looking for a HR Advisor to join thier team.
Main Responsbilities:
- Support employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Handle monthly payroll processing, MPF reporting and tax returns accurately & promptly
- Provide administrative support on day-to-day HR operations, including staff record maintenance, flexible benefits enrolment, leave administration, etc.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee data in various systems
- Ensure compliance on HR regulations
- Prepare various regular reports and statistics
- Work together with the team to maintain excellent employee experience
- Recruitment license reporting & annual renewal
Main Requirements:
- 3-5 years of prior experiences in HR functions, preferably C&B or Share Services
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, tax regulations and other HR related legislation
- Passion for operations and process improvement
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to details, self-motivated, positive and good team player
- Good command of English and Chinese
