With their expanding business, they are now seeking for a Finance & Admin Analyst to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Support varied benefits project work such as implementation of any new benefit plans and enhancements, tax year-end activities, benefits benchmarking exercise or wellbeing initiatives
- Support on benefit plans and programs in the region, from overall administration (enrollments and terminations) to annual renewal activity by working with external consultants and insurance brokers
- Develop and deliver employee benefit communications, including updating of employee handbooks, intranet content, improving existing communications and partner with vendors
- Identify process improvement opportunities for benefits administration and ssist with invoice processing, data auditing and billing reconciliation
- Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by department head
Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience within APAC region. Experience of supporting multiple markets would be an advantage
- Analytical, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
