Our client is a world-renowned top tier retail corporation, which manufactures and sells products of their own brand. Product varies from skincare collections, cosmetics and perfumes.
About the Role:
*Responsible for recruitment, performance management, C&B management, employee engagement activities, and provides proactive employee relations etc.
*Partner with and advises managers in matters of policies, practices and procedures for the organisation to ensure uniformity of application of company policy and compliance with current regulations
*With more foucs on C&B functions, including but not limited to handling payroll functions, assist in annual salary review, analysis of market bench marking and commission scheme etc.
*Conduct regular internal and external bench marking exercises and analysis for sales staff
*Lead and drive employee opinion survey and employee focus group, provide insights and suggestion to the related business unites
About the People :
*Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
*Fast-paced, good team player, sensitive with numbers
*At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist with C&B focus/ purely C&B focus candidates, preferably from retail/luxury retail/ FMCG
*Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
*Less experiences candidates will be considered as Senior HR Officer
