Our client is a Leading MNC Management Company with their global headquarter located in HK; They are currently seeking an engaging and communicative caliber with intensive knowledge in C&B to join their team of 4 supporting about 260 corporate supporting staffs in HK Attractive Package: * MNC working environment, Top tier office * 5 days work * 19 days Annual Leave
Job Duties:
- You will be responsible for full spectrum of C&B related matters include monthly payroll processing, incentive and final payment
- Handling MPF, Insurance, Medical Claims and Employee Benefits
- Prepare payroll and tax report for management review
- Expatriate management inclusive of rental reimburstment, relocation and visa application
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B area, within sizeable companies is an advantage
- Self- motivated, detail-minded and ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available / Short notice period is an advantage
