A leading blue-chip group is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and develop people strategies to support the expansion of business & group transformation projects.

About the Role:

  • Act as a strategic business partner to business heads and stakeholders, providing HR strategic planning, and supporting company business objectives.
  • Support line managers in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior roles and lead projects as required.
  • Provide consultative advice to stakeholders on staff cases and staff issues.
  • Implement talent development programs and promote talent management concepts such as talent discussion and identification, formulation of talent pools, and succession planning.
  • Lead a small team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure daily operations are effectively managed.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

About the Person:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR experience preferably gained from sizeable companies.
  • Fast-paced and proactive with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible at work and hands-on, embrace changes and proactively participate in process revamp
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as HR Business Partner
