GM/ AGM, Healthcare Insurance Business

Our client is a healthcare-insurance company, seeking for a General Manager/ Assistant General Manager with healthcare and insurance background for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to oversee the business development, partnership & medical network management and daily operations; to implement policy/ procedures/ any updates in healthcare standards, to supervise the team to maintain good services with high standards, organize clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources
• Manage facility operations to ensure long-term success
• Analyse data trends, including any correlation between treatment types and patient outcomes, to develop a better understanding of overall facility efficiency
• Liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, medical professionals, health institutes, insurance companies, corporates, etc
• Be a reliable partner and advisor to the top management

Requirements:

• Scientific / medical / clinical services/ life & health insurance background with business development & clinical operation management experience is preferred
• 10+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare/ medical/ client service industry, candidates with less experience will be considered as AGM
• With medical networks/ medical professionals management experience in Hong Kong/ China is preferred
• Customer-service oriented with a strong sense of responsibilities, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management and project management skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with business acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
