Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with insurance partners for all pre-approval (PA) and related insurance process
- Be the key contact point for insurance enquires and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up clarifications and supplementary information requested with the clinic and related doctors.
- Maintain patient and case records
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical service provider/ health & life insurance/ TPA company
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or relevant discipline is preferred
- Registered Nurse is an advantage
- With medical networks/ medical professionals management experience in Hong Kong is an advantage
- Customer-service oriented with a strong sense of responsibilities, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cases independently
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
