The chosen candidate will be responsible to manage relationships and sales target with local hospitals and clinics. 1. Key Responsibilities:
Sell and promote medical products to to hospitals and clinics to meet or exceed sales targets
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with partners including distributors and healthcare professionals in the assigned sales territory and products range
Provide surgery & therapy technical support/ product details/ demonstration/ in-service training/ operation training to existing & potential clients to maximize product or brand penetration through development and execution of sales plan & strategies
Proactively explore new business opportunities, approach key account customers/ dealers/ pharmacy/ other business partners to maintain good relationship with designated customers
Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products.
Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing to develop sales strategies and drive business expansion
Regular updates on market / competitive development.
2. Key Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Medical, biomedical, bioengineering or
3-5 years of relevant working experience, with medical / healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
