(Asso.) Key Account Manager, Cardiovascular

Our client is a Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology company listed in US. They are looking for talented medical sales to support new business expansion in HK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationship with business partners in both public & private sectors, including decision makers, physicians (through effective KOLs mapping), hospital administrative staff, pharmacists developing and executing product listing.
• Provide timely support, professional advisory, product demonstrations and training to HCPs
• Plan and implement the development plans/strategies of the sales and marketing activities in assigned market to support new product launch and to drive product adoption
• Develop and execute key account management plans to achieve and exceed the revenue targets
• Observe and share latest market information, patient needs and trends, gather intelligence of competitive activities and feedback to management
• Enrich disease and product knowledge, develop better communication and selling skillsets by self-learning continuously and actively participation in agreed training programs
• Liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including marketing and medical team, to support achievement of company and territory goals, to foster stronger synergy for effective implementation of marketing activities, to meet or exceed sales targets, to expand business portfolio and to increase market share

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma/ Biomedical/ Biotechnology or in related science disciplines
• 5+ of relevant working experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/ medical device MNC, especially from cardiovascular field; candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Manager
• With strong cardiovascular HCPs network in HK (both private & public sectors) is preferred; with relevant HCPs network in Macau is a plus
• Successful track record in new product launch is preferred
• Being independent and being able to work under pressure, self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills, goal-focused, willing to take challenges, willing to learn and also being a good team player
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, verbal, interpersonal skills, and negotiating skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
