Risk Manager - Private Banking

A global investment bank are looking for a strong risk individual to join their regional wealth management team.

Sucessful candidates will come from a 1st line of defence background, able to manage risk and control as well as understand transaction monitoring and surveillance. Candidates will also have the ability to structure and implement risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily controls reviews and governance on banking products

- Risk and control oversight

- Transaction monitoring and escalation of issues

- Analyse available data and present mitigating steps for risk solutions

Key Requirements

- 1st line of defence experience

- Experience working in either private banking or wealth management

- Strong knowledge of risk and control

- Highly analytical, able interpret data and information quickly

- Solid understanding of risk monitoring

- Fluent English and either Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
