Credit Risk Manager - Corporate/ Business Banking

A market leading Chinese bank is currently looking for an experienced credit analyst/ credit approver to join their corporate banking/ commercial banking unit

What you'll do:

  • Assess all underlying risk of credit applications
  • Conduct cashflow analysis, projection, peer comparison with reference to relevant information gathered from internal and external sources
  • Coordinate with front office for matters related to credit applications
  • Monitor turnaround timeframe for processing of credit proposals
  • Approve credit applications within the delegated authority
  • Perform other duties delegated by the Section Head

What you bring:

  • University graduate with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in credit analyst/ credit approver role
  • Sound knowledge of local economic/industrial conditions, banking laws & practices
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate or commercial banking lending products
  • Good analytical & report writing skills with logical credit judgment
  • Ability to work independently & under pressure with limited time constraints
  • Good problem solving ability and tactful inter-personal & communication skills
  • Fluent English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
