Credit Risk Manager, FI/NBFI

A market leading bank is currently in search of a credit risk manager specialises in FI/NBFI segment

Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit due diligence, assessment and fundamental analysis on financial institutions(FI/ NBFI, mutual fund, private equity) borrowers and trading counterparties
  • Conduct credit risk analysis on transactions and major credit terms covering OTC derivatives, money market products, and debt securities
  • Prepare credit opinion/recommendation to the credit approvers/committee based on the risk and mitigation summary
  • Ensure all credit requests are duly assessed with respect to all internal and external requirements.
  • Participate in business initiatives as a credit risk subject matter expert

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above from a relevant discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of credit risk experience, with a focus on counterparty credit risk or FI/NBFI credit risk.
  • Solid product and risk knowledge of financial market derivatives
  • Track record in performing financial fundamental analysis
  • HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM qualifications are a plus
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
