Senior Risk Manager - Private Wealth Management

Save job

A global investment bank are looking for a strong risk individual to join their regional wealth management team.

Sucessful candidates will come from a 1st line of defence background, able to manage the margin lending and credit products from a risk management standpoint. Candidates will also have the ability to structure and implement risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily controls reviews and governance on banking products

- Conduct gap analysis related to credit risk management

- Monitor margin exposure levels and proactively address potential portfolio deficits

- Analyse available data and present mitigating steps for risk solutions

Key Requirements

- Extensive 1st line of defence experience within either banking or wealth management

- Strong margin at risk experience including hands on margin lending risk management

- Wider knowledge of risk associated with credit and lending products

- Highly analytical, able interpret data and information quickly

- Solid understanding of risk monitoring including margin risk monitoring

- Fluent English and either Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
