Counterparty Credit Risk, AVP/ VP

The role will be working in a team of professionals as an individual contributor, with a focus on APAC FIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on potential and existing counterparties and assign a credit rating
  • Meet with C-level senior management at the counterparties
  • Gain deep understanding of the country, industry, market and economic conditions as well as political issues
  • Prepare a credit note with a credit opinion and recommendation on each counterparty
  • Recommend credit decisions
  • Maintain communications and relationships with other internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA and/or CFA
  • Bank or broker/dealer credit analysis experience
  • Quantitative methodologies and financial modeling skills
  • Clear and efective communications verbally and in writing
  • Data visualization software and/or programming skills
