Maket Risk Manager (FRTB focused)

The role will be supporting the regional market risk team with the management of FRTB implementation across all asset classes. You will work with different product market risk teams as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on the FRTB regulations and models.
  • Participate in regional and global implementation workstreams
  • Review, analyze, and monitor regional market risk portfolio
  • Respond to queries from internal or external stakeholders, and perform market risk exposures analysis
  • Drive key and strategic initiatives as well as issues management
  • Collaborate effectively with other control functions and frontline teams on the execution of risk initiatives
  • Ensure consistency and best practices across the enterprise

Skills:

  • 8+ years in market risk management
  • Experience with regulatory and internal audit interactions
  • In-depth knowledge of FRTB and its implications on market risk management
  • Good understanding of financial markets and the products
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and is proactive in challenging the status quo and driving improvements
