Job Description

As a part of their Regulatory Compliance Team, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of Regulatory Compliance, responsible for developing and enhancing their existing compliance policies and procedures, on-going compliance review, handling regulator’s (HKMA) on-site exams, analysing potential impact of regulatory trends and impacts, and other ad-hoc reporting.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law or Accounting, with a professional qualification highly preferable. You will have at least 8-10 years of compliance experience in a banking environment, with solid experience in dealing with local regulator's inquiries. You will have strong people management and project management skills. You will possess excellent presentation and communication skills (Fluent Cantonese and English are a MUST) and an ability to deal with all levels of an organisation.
