A financial services organisation seeks an Associate Director, MCV Strategic Growth Development in Kowloon to drive strategic growth for Mainland Chinese Individuals (MCI) while shaping impactful client relationships in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

As Associate Director, MCV Strategic Growth Development, you will drive strategic growth and client engagement for MCIs through data-driven initiatives and integrated service solutions.

• MCV Strategy, Customer Insight & Value Proposition: Develop and execute CVP strategies for HNW MCI clients, using research and insights to enhance client value and align with company objectives
• Project Management & End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead corporate-level strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring effective governance, KPI tracking, and measurable business impact
• Client Ecosystem Development & Resource Integration: Design and implement a client-centric “Insurance + Health/Lifestyle” ecosystem, integrating internal and external resources to boost loyalty, benefits, and lifetime value

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring insurance experience, CVP expertise, analytical and collaborative skills, bilingual fluency, and a learning mindset.

• Strong understanding of customer value proposition concepts, insurance best practices, and Hong Kong market dynamics; experience in agency development and recruitment is a plus
• Proficient in data analysis, performance measurement tools, and translating insights into actionable business strategies
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in insurance agency management or related roles
• Fluency in English and Chinese, able to engage effectively across cultural and business contexts.
