Performance Analytics - Snr Manager (Private Equity)

This is a well-established Private Equity firm. They are expanding its team due to strong performance. The role will primarily involve scenario analysis, analytics, cash flow fund modeling using Excel, data consolidation, problem-solving, and close collaboration with the finance and investment teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the Performance Analytics team focusing on Private Equity
• Work closely with the fund reporting teams to collect and validate accurate data to be used for performance analytics purposes.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating fund models and analyze regular reports for Stakeholders in order to facilitate informed business decisions
• Respond timely to ad hoc requests from management and other stakeholders
• Work closely with Investor Relations on any relevant investor requests
• Coordinate with different teams including Finance, Investor Relations, Risk, Legal, Investment Teams, to ensure necessary information flow is delivered and addressed.
• Work on ad hoc projects as they arise. Provide active input to discussions around analytics and business improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Institutions working within Middle Office, Finance, Fund Operations, Performance Analytics or Investment teams.
• Strong understanding of PE valuations and Cash Flows Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong excel skills in running scenarios and handling cashflow of the funds
• Able to work under pressure and to plan and prioritize to ensure efficient and timely deliverables. Knowledge of business planning system (Anaplan) is a plus.
• Very strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus
