We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day inbound enquiries and requests received via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Provide accurate, timely, and customer-centric responses to stakeholders
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries and interactions to support reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate workflow efficiency and ensure timely delivery of assigned responsibilities
  • Support ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or client servicing roles, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and complaints professionally and tactfully
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
