Customer Service Officer, Financial Institution, up to 28k
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inbound enquiries and requests received via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Provide accurate, timely, and customer-centric responses to stakeholders
- Maintain proper records of enquiries and interactions to support reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate workflow efficiency and ensure timely delivery of assigned responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc assignments
Requirements

Experience in customer service or client servicing roles, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries and complaints professionally and tactfully

Proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
